PRE-ORDER POLICY
Due to strong demand for 3D kits and components UltiBots allows pre-order purchases. Currently it is UltiBots policy to ship all items together. Pre-ordered items mixed with in-stock items will delay shipment until the all items are available. Pre-orders will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis using the date and time the order was placed.
NOTE: Place two orders when you want in-stock items to ship before the pre-ordered items.
SHORTAGES/WRONG ITEMS
Please contact UltiBots LLC within 10 business days of any shortages or mistakes with your order. Notification of shortages/wrong items after 10 business days may NOT be honored! We recommend you open and inspect your delivery immediately after you receive it. Please make sure you look through all packing materials, look for small items being taped to larger ones and even look under the bottom box flaps before you contact us.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items, that are in resellable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items will incur a 30% restocking fee as the items must be tested. UltiBots will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
ELECTRONICS RELIABILITY AND RETURNS
Due to the DIY nature of the components we sell, it is easy for damage to any/all of the electronics to occur during assembly that is beyond UltiBots control. Prior to shipping, ALL kit components including, motors, LCD controller, Arduino, RAMPS, RAMBo, and stepper drivers are bench tested and pre-loaded with firmware that has been calibrated for each UltiBots DIY 3D Printer Kit. Great care goes into kit preparation and packing. It is very unusual for components to be defective as a result.
Contact UltiBots within 14 days if you believe your electronics arrived defective. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. We can not guarantee return eligibility unless it is proven that the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.
